The friendly staff made a late-night check-in feel like stumbling into a warm hug after a long journey. It’s like they had just pulled fresh-baked cookies out of the oven. Their welcoming nature, even at an ungodly hour, made the all-consuming fatigue vanish as if it were a magician's trick.

We had a lovely one-night stay at Palm Valley Motel while traveling from Vic to Qld with my four-year-old daughter. the staff were incredibly friendly, and the newly renovated room was very clean and comfortable. the small pool was a delightful touch on a hot day, enhancing our relaxation. While the bed was a bit firm for my liking, I still slept well. A minor issue was the narrow front window blind, which made me feel slightly uncomfortable with workmen nearby. I highly recommend this motel for a quick and enjoyable stop, and I’d definitely come back.

The setting of hotel was absolutely perfect, to local pubs with great food. A double room with king bed accommodated us perfectly. The staff was helpful and we would stay here again.

I had a great stay for one night. the unit we stayed in was modern and tidy, complete with a bathroom, microwave, and shower. the hotel has a central location, close to Newcastle and the Hunter Valley. It's definitely a good place to stay! 🙂.

The Palm Valley Motel is a great budget hotel located in a nice area near Newcastle, Hunter Valley, and Port Stephens. You'll find plenty of restaurants, shops, and takeaways nearby. the beds are extremely comfy, the rooms are functional, and the bathrooms are large. Plus, parking is convenient right onsite.

The hotel offers excellent value for money. The prices are reasonable and affordable, especially considering the amenities and services provided. The location, just off the highway, is convenient for travelers passing through the area. Additionally, the staff at this hotel are friendly and attentive, ensuring a pleasant stay for guests.
